We are the ONLY FULLY INSURED accommodation provider in Marnoo that is licensed by the Northern Grampians Shire Council to serve food cooked on the premises. 

Offering 1 queen size bed and 2 single beds thereby comfortably accommodating 4 people. Plenty room for a cot (not supplied)   Facilities include: full en-suite with large shower base, split system air conditioning, fridge, tv, tea/coffee, and electric blankets. All bedding and clean towels provided.  Outside dining/seating area.

The accommodation is clean and comfortable with quality beds and bedding.  Beds made and room cleaned daily. Great family room.

RATES  Room only: Our rates are the same all year round. We see no reason to increase them just because the sun is shining and it's warm outside, or that it is a school holiday. So, 40C or 40F, January or June, this is what you pay.
